The chat widget is designed to look clean and professional on desktops, tablets, and phones. It uses your site’s color scheme and can be customised with a title and a welcome message — both settable from the plugin’s settings page.

AI Navigator is built with privacy and security in mind:

• Your AI key (the password to the AI service) is encrypted and stored securely — visitors never see it.
• The plugin limits how many questions can be asked per hour from a single location, so no one can abuse it.
